Chez Studios presents an adult workshop designed to guide every actor with positive direction from casting associate Kyle Nichols.

This is a 2 day workshop, Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Ages 16 and up.

Would you like to know exactly what a Casting Director is looking for? How to nail the in person audition? The honest truth about the casting side of the table that every actor should know about?

Kyle started his career in the entertainment industry as a child and teen actor. After many years of professional musical theatre performance, he began auditioning for film and television projects as a teen actor for Shay Griffin. Just a few years later in late 2009, Kyle began working for Shay as her casting assistant.

In 2016, Kyle became the full time Casting Associate to Shay Griffin at Chez Casting.

Kyle has worked along side Shay on project for directors such as Clint Eastwood, Ang Lee and Roland Joffè. Kyle has also worked on projects for Studios & Networks such as Warner Brothers, NBC, CBS, Lifetime, CW, Netflix (original series & film) as well as multiple Independent projects, all in the Atlanta market.

Kyle will cover topics including how you nail the in person audition, what the Casting Director is looking for, what to expect in a callback with the Producers and Directors as well as the importance of your headshot and resume, how to dress and style and how to prep for your audition.

You will also have the opportunity to prepare a scene and then walk through the self-tape process and hear feedback on what the Casting Directors look for.
